Pioneering research in structural health monitoring, optical fiber sensors, data analytics, cloud computing and ultra-low latency communications. Designed and developed a fully-customizable web-based real-time optical fiber sensor monitor with color-coded timeseries graphing, data engineering, threshold sensing, and intelligent data storage capabilities.

Mastered advanced lab equipment operation including YAG laser, photosensitive optical fiber, and fusion splicer. Manufactured and calibrated FBG sensors with precision. Assisted final year undergraduate engineering students in lab sessions and guided their research projects.
